Refund & Return Policy – Limb Loss Fitness

All Limb Loss Fitness products are made-to-order. Because of this, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size
• Incorrect color
• Change of mind

Please carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a free replacement or refund.

To qualify:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Provide clear photo evidence of the issue
• For multiple affected items, include a photo or video showing all affected items

No return is required.

What Is Not Considered a Defect

• Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5")
• Slight differences due to the production process

Incorrect Orders

We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect selections (size, color, etc.) and cannot offer refunds or exchanges in these cases.

Failed Deliveries

If a package is undeliverable:

• A reprint may be issued at an additional cost, or
• A partial refund may be offered

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
