- Production: 2–7 business days
- Shipping: 5–15 business days
Shipping timelines vary depending on the fulfillment partner, location, and carrier.
Can I get a refund on shipping?
No. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All items are custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect customer selections. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
What if my item is damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
What is considered a defect?
Damage or printing errors. Minor placement variations are not considered defects.
Will my items arrive together?
Not always. Items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once production begins.
What if my package is lost?
Contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a reprint (additional charges may apply) or a partial refund depending on the situation.
